Why Inkjet Printers Are A Problem

Many inkjet printers reserve a grip area of 1/2 inch on the bottom of each printed page for paper handling. These printers will not allow anything to be printed within 1/2 inch of the bottom of the page.

Our software reserves all but the last 1/4 inch of each page for printing.  This creates a conflict, which results in the printer ejecting the coupon sheet after printing only three of the four coupons on the page.  Although the printer resumes printing in sequence on the next page, the inkjet printer typically wastes one out of every four payment book coupons.  In our view, this is not very economical.

If you have an inkjet printer and do not mind wasting every fourth coupon, please specify "laser printer" on your order form.  We will be glad to send you the starter pack as long as you understand the limitations inherent to inkjet printers.
