Our Products
- Setup fee $6.50 per payment book
- Per coupon $0.06 (six cents per payment)
- Shipping $0.85 for books 60 pages or less
- $1.70 for books between 61 and 120 pages
- $2.55 for books between 121 and 270 pages
- $3.40 for books over 270 pages (via U.S. Mail
or UPS) - (Continental US only. Others slightly higher.)
- Sales Tax Florida Customers - Add appropriate
sales tax
- Based on the above, a 36-page payment book
would cost $9.51 (US)
Calculation: $6.50 + (36 x $0.06) + $0.85 = $9.51

Due to bindery limitations payment books consisting of more
than 60 pages will be broken into 2 or more individual payment
books.
